Legends of Runeterra Patch 4.10 landed roughly a day ago, along with plenty of nerfs, buffs, and a quite the facelift to how the post-match lobby looks like. You can even import, craft, and jump again into the fray with your opponent's deck, as long as you have the resources for it!
And, as pilots and brewers adjust to this brave new Runeterra meta, these are the decks that have taken the early lead on the LoR ladder.
Jack Sett
What do you know! These two burly boys seem to have finally learned to get along!
One of the most popular specific decklist as of now, with more than 1000 games played since the patch landed, Jack Sett is packing one heck of a big punch or two. Hard to know this early on if the buffs to Nukkle's crew is what has made the trick, but thus far the numbers look very, very good.

Teemo Janna
Wind Lady and Puffcapy Scout were already onto something by the end of last patch, with an excellent performance albeit a fringe play rate.
The current turbulent tides are proving amazing for them thus far: with about 600 games played, they have the highest win rate from among all decks showcased today, smacking above a 60% WR.

Jax Ornn
Jax Ornn has been up and down in the last couple of metas. By the end of last patch it was gaining a lot of traction, and seems to have started Patch 4.10 with the right foot. Its most popular decklist has accrued 500 games thus far, and with a solid 53% winrate.

Pyke Rek'Sai, aka Lurkers
Pyke doesn't seem to have read the memo…
I mean, Death wasn't able to stop him, and at least thus far it looks like making him cost one more mana hasn't been of a speedbump, even.

Gwen Vayne
It's a bit surprising to see one of the heavy-hitters from last patch losing steam when it didn't receive any nerfs, but it's too soon to drive conclusions just yet. At any rate, Gwen Vayne remains very popular and with a solid 53% win rate – just not as good, for now, as it was just a couple of days ago.
27 cards
13 cards
Janna Seraphine
For pilots that are not too fond of putting things on the board, or that happent to love Singleton formats, Janna Seraphine still looks like a solid deck to play. It wasn't an amazing option last patch, mind you, and thus far it's performance is just okay, but certainly playable.

10 cards
Galio Volibear
Striking with renewed vigor, Galio Volibear appears very happy with the recent round of buffs and nerfs, even when Balen the Benevolent was one of the nerfbat's victims.
Last patch, Galio Volibear had started as the deck to beat, to later fall into a popular yet middling deck – with close to 300 games played this patch and win rate north of an excellent 57%, the current LoR meta seems in its favor thus far.

Gnar Jarvan IV
Although with a sharp drop in popularity – not surprising, given the nerf to Warden of the Tribes – Gnar Jarvan is, like Galio Volibear, still in the race in spite of its nerf.

Akshan Pantheon
God slayer and grinning rogue were another okay, fringe option to play during last patch – they are still a bit of a fringe option, but Akshan Pantheon's performance has rocketed upwards well over a 56% win rate.

Teemo Yuumi
They were on fire last week, and the flames are still ablaze!
With the exact same decklist as before the patch, Teemo Yuumi put forth one of the most unique brews to be found in Runeterra right now. And it is still doing great!
19 cards
21 cards
Janna Nilah
Already one of the best decks during the last patch cycle, Janna Nilah has stolen one of Ekko's tricks, adding Called Shot to their card-draw mix.
There are tons of version of this archetype (some of them sticking to their pre-patch formula and also doing very well), so it looks like these two champs will again be top contenders.

Wrapping Up
Onward has been one of the most varied expansions that LoR has seen in quite some time, and in Patch 4.10's case, initial numbers suggest that the apple hasn't fallen far from the tree. We'll see tomorrow in By the Numbers how things shape up once pilots and brewers have a bit more time to play around and find out!
