Our last Road to Seasonals tournament garnered some of the heavy hitters slugging it out just after noon for the chance at some prizing and good practice just before seasonals. This time we saw Mtuck reign supreme; and now, the lineups
1st Place - Mtuck, of team Aretuza
Miss Fortune Quinn Scouts
32 cards
8 cards
We start off strong here with scouts, Mtuck's list opts for a Shield of Durand over a Sharpsight to keep your key threats alive, and two Blinding assaults to make use of spell mana. The other notable thing here is the 3x Geneveives with no 6thrias.
Fizz Afaelios
9 cards
31 cards
This list isn't too out of the ordinary, the main things are the diverse unit pool and maxing out on cantrips with nothing for real tech cards.
Teemo Tristana
15 cards
25 cards
Even right before Seasonals we see more innovations, this time from NNT with their Teemo Tristana list that has been tearing up ladder for the last day or so. This deck uses Tristana as a huge cheap unit, alongside the Fae package and ionian disruption to prey upon most of the big meta decks.
2nd Place - H3ko
Fizz Afaelios
8 cards
32 cards
H3ko's variant of this deck goes down to one Papercraft, upping Rainbowfish to a full three, and makes use of two Stress Defenses as answer cards.
Sandy Viego
21 cards
19 cards
Another staple deck, the notable changes to this list are the additional Baccai Sandspinner and the Rekindler to have a stronger midrange and get another viego back if you run out.
Ezreal Viktor - Glorious Evolution Shellfolk
23 cards
17 cards
Been a while since I've seen this one. The deck is based around matching the opponent's tempo and slowing down their gameplan before landing a Curious Shellfolk to gain infinite value through trinket trades, then play a Glorious Evolution to make said Otters 10/1s. It's a ludicrous combo deck that I love to see and hate to play against.
3rd Place - xxWhatAmIxx of the Mastering Runeterra Pro Team
Sandy Viego
21 cards
19 cards
A rather stock version of the list, something we've seen WAI on for a few days now.
Pantheon Yuumi Taric
26 cards
14 cards
WhatAmI's special anti-aggro brew of the deck, featuing Fleetfeather trackers and an additional Camphor to shave down the board
Fizz Afaelios
32 cards
8 cards
His spin on this list still goes for two Commandos as additional elusive owl-dropping threats and one Wallop to sideline the big guns.
4th Place - Squallywag, of team Breaking Bandle
Sandy Fiora
21 cards
19 cards
Well, it sure is a spicy Fiora deck. It runs 3 Fiora, Rite of Callings to find your fiora, and a whole host of protection and combat spells. Shurima gives her access to some of the best combat spells suck as Quicksand, Siphoning strike, and Desert duel, alongside the Rites for value, and Ancient hourglasses alongside Soothsayers to keep the enemy's hands off. A spicy list to be certain!
Ekko Zilean
16 cards
24 cards
A rather normal Ekko Zilean list , good stuff overall and nice to see this getting results.
Rumble Draven Jinx
20 cards
20 cards
Well this is a choice. A powerful Rumble Draven aggro list with a Jinx for good measure, sporting the normal medley of Mights to get over the enemy, discard synergies, and all that good stuff.
